New OKCash Community website Rebuilt from scratch, Redesigned and Converted to OpenSource

The community can participate and/or download and start your own OKCash.co mirror site, or just invite your friends to learn more about OK on the new Website.

Now everyone can be part of the making and push their commits and/or suggestions to the git.

We should start rolling the site with the different languages it supports in the coming days, same way by being open source, the translation process for the rest of the languages will be way easier and friendly, so we can expect a lot of languages integrated in the near future.
